How long is shipping?

Standard shipping takes about 7-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays ), following payment processing time.

Where is my tracking number?

Once your order has been processed, tracking numbers will be delivered via email. Please
check your inbox and spam folder.

Is hair available for pick up?

Yes, hair is available for pickup at our College Park, MD location or Howard Universities
campus. Contact us via email or DM to place an order and receive a pickup location.

How can I do a return/exchange?

All sales are FINAL. However, exchanges are allowed under special circumstances.

Are wigs pre-customized?

All units come un-bleached and un-plucked. Select “customization” as an add-on when purchasing
your unit if you desire to have your wig arrive pre-plucked w/ bleached knots.

Can I bleach the hair?

Yes, our hair is Unprocessed 10A 100% Virgin Hair.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
